A: No. Appointment durations are estimates. Every braider moves at a different speed, and timing will vary based on the size and length of your hair. Beauty will not be rushed!

A: We offer box braids, knotless braids, feed-in braids, Senegalese twists, faux locs, Boho curls, and more. If you have a style in mind, feel free to bring a photo for reference.

A: No — we provide high-quality braiding hair.

A: Yes, you can request 2 braiders for a $100 upcharge.

A: Yes — Boho curls can be added to select braid styles. Please check our recommendations tab for details and photos.
🛠 Salon Amenities & Extras

A: Yes, but it only accepts dollars and coins.
💵 Payments, Deposits & Fraud Prevention

A: Paying your deposit means you agree to and understand all salon policies. Failure to pay may result in an unofficial appointment.

A: No. Deposits are non-refundable. Please only book if you are sure about your appointment.

A: Deposits must be paid online, but the remainder of your balance can be paid in cash at the salon.

A: To prevent fraudulent charge-backs, clients are required to upload a valid government-issued ID at booking.
This is confidential and will only be used in the case of a fraudulent charge-back.
You may cover your address if preferred.
By booking, you are waiving the right to dispute any false charge-backs associated with The Braiding Bar (TBB).
📝 Policies & Client Prep

A: Yes, hair must be clean, detangled, and product-free before arriving. Please arrive with your hair in its natural state, blown out if required for your chosen style.

A: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in rescheduling or forfeiting your deposit.

A: Cancellations result in forfeiture of your deposit.
